Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• BScN or related degree preferred.
• Completion of Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course is mandatory.
• Experience in systemic chemotherapy administration required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in patient/family assessment and treatment plans.
• Administer chemotherapy and provide supportive care.
• Participation in quality improvement processes.

Skills

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Experience with intravenous insertion

Knowledge of oncology and palliative care nursing

Excellent interpersonal skills

Leadership abilities

Computer literacy

Education
