BrightPath Kids Inc. is hiring a Casual Early Childhood Educator/Assistant (RECE/ECA) in Mississauga, ON. You will work alongside teachers and families to create a welcoming home-away-from-home environment for children in our care.

Responsibilities include assisting RECEs, maintaining child safety, engaging children in activities, collaborating with staff and families, attending professional development, and keeping classroom materials organized. Excellent teamwork is essential.

Formación

• Experience in planning and implementing programs.
• Must meet province requirement for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.

What will you be doing?

As an Casual Early Childhood Educator/Assistant (RECE/ECA), you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting RECE's with instruction in the classroom.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.

• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
