BrightPath Kids in Milton, Ontario, seeks a casual/supply/substitute staff to support early childhood education. You will assist in classrooms, help maintain a safe and engaging environment, and collaborate with families and coworkers.

This role offers a 40% childcare discount for full-time and 10% for part-time, plus opportunities for professional development, RRSP with company match, sick time, holidays, vacation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Early Childhood Assistant Certification, or Registered Early Childhood Educator.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.
• Immunization and health assessment as per local health requirements.
• Experience in planning and implementing programs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with instruction in the classroom.
• Maintain an environment that protects children's well-being.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development as required.
• Support cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

Requirements:

• High School/Equivalent required, Early Childhood Assistant Certification, or Registered Early Childhood Educator
• Must meet province requirement for childcare employment
• Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
• Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
• Experience in planning and implementing programs.
