Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service.
• Operate and monitor computerized tracking and dispatch systems.
• Respond to customer questions about service and keep customers informed.
• Load, unload, and secure packages, ensuring safety of property and equipment.
