This position reports to the Food Service Manager and primarily involves performing the duties outlined in the Cook Job Description. As a fill-in, the focus will be on cooking food according to the menu, including special diets. Additionally, this role includes overseeing the kitchen, which may involve substituting for staff and performing other tasks as assigned by the Food Service Manager.
