Job summary

High Gloss Building Cleaning Inc. is seeking cleaners in the Stellarton/New Glasgow area. This on-site role offers day and night shifts with casual/fill-in hours and potential to take on more hours when available.

Pay is approximately $17.85 per hour, with duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting restrooms and kitchens. Must have reliable transportation and a clean criminal record; legal eligibility to work in Canada required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Empty vacuums and dispose of vacuum bags as needed.
• Possibly vacuuming, sweeping or mopping stairs.
• Dusting and wiping surfaces with cleaners.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and counters.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen areas.
• Tend to the dishwasher.
• Possibly restocking cleaning carts.
• Check and refill dispensers to avoid shortages.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

• Location: New Glasgow, multiple locations
• Availability: day shifts and night shifts
• Casual/ Fill in, with possibility to take on more hours when they are available

Responsibilities: As a cleaner with High Gloss Building Cleaning, you will:

• Checking and refilling all dispensers to ensure client’s staff never run out of supplies.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
