Canadian Tire Stores in Victoria seeks a friendly cashier to help customers with purchases at the register and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, welcoming checkout area while following safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided.
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
• Approachable and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and handle fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Process customer purchases.
• Operate cash register.
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
• Maintain all checkout work stations.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements / Skills

• No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)

• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours
