Job summary

Pro Hockey Life is seeking a friendly cashier in Canada. You will be the first and last face customers see, handling transactions and representing the brand with every interaction.

Responsibilities include inspiring customers to participate in hockey, helping them choose products, solving issues, and building lasting relationships. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is valued, with a high school education preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionate and knowledgeable about hockey.
• Previous customer service experience and/or cash handling experience is an asset.
• Ability to quickly strike up conversations with customers.
• Positive work attitude.
• Strong math skills with the ability to keep a balanced till.

Description of the Role

As a Cashier, you will be the first person customers see when entering the store and the last team member they will remember. You will be handling transactions, but most importantly, you will represent our company with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Our typical hiring range is between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
