Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Front End Associate to guide customers to right solutions, process transactions accurately, and support checkout operations with friendly, efficient service. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products in a fast-paced store.

In this role you’ll maintain safety, handle cash, and promote services like credit and warranties while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years Retail or Cash experience an asset

• Promote and recommends services offered such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, Pro Services, etc.
• Follows all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Follows processes on the front-end designed to mitigate shrink and protect assets.

Position Overview:

Front-end associates proactively direct customers to open registers and support customers at the assisted check-outs throughout the store. The front end associate will excel at processing transactions accurately and timely by executing our GET checkout process.

The pay range for this position is between $18.85 - $19.85
