The Cashier / Customer Service Hardware Associate is responsible for all point‑of‑sale operations while delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This role goes beyond processing transactions; you are a key part of the customer experience, helping answer questions, directing customers to the right departments, supporting merchandising standards, and maintaining an organized and accurate front‑end.
You will handle cash, debit, credit, gift cards, and in‑house charge transactions, reconcile sales totals, and ensure accuracy in all payment processing. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, highly accurate with money, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
