Save-On-Foods is hiring a Cashier at our Bridgwater location in Winnipeg, MB. We value a positive, customer-focused approach and a willingness to help our team achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to operate a cash register and assist customers.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Go the Extra Mile for customers and team members.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Share product knowledge with customers to enhance service.
• Ensure department is well stocked and presented.
• Maintain freshness and quality of products on display.
• Handle customer inquiries to provide a positive experience.
• Clean equipment and work area for a safe, sanitary environment.
• Use a variety of equipment, including knives when needed.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
