Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Ottawa is seeking a dedicated part-time team member to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions accurately, and help customers find the right lingerie and swimwear. The role offers flexible hours and a chance to grow within a family-owned retailer with a strong Canadian presence.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, are quick and methodical, listen to customers’ needs, and are comfortable with numbers.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 17,84$ - 18,35$
