La Vie en Rose is seeking a customer service associate at Hillcrest Mall in Ontario. This permanent, part-time role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment and pays hourly.

You will help customers, process transactions, and promote products while delivering exceptional service. The position requires flexibility for holidays and longer hours during busy periods; bilingual is an asset. • Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction.

• Clearly explaining return policies to customers.
• Answering the phone in a professional manner.
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently.
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!).
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:
