Typical workday

With support from the store management team, your role involves:

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to make shopping enjoyable
• S suggesting complementary products before processing transactions
• Handling transactions accurately at the cash register
• Explaining return policies clearly
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Keeping your work area clean and well-stocked
• Following policies and procedures of head office departments (training provided)
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed
