Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with all customers.
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.

• Scan or manually enter product data accurately.
• Handle cash, coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum transactions accurately.
• Ask customers for their PC Optimum Card during each transaction.

Merchandising

• Ensure proper documentation for receipts and returns.
• Maintain designated merchandising areas (facing, signing, labeling).

Loss Prevention

• Follow loss prevention standards.
• Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.

General

• Present a professional image in accordance with uniform and dress code policies.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and store appearance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
