Job Summary:

Performs cashiering duties, including transactions, cash verification, giving change, and cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in all areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform sales transactions efficiently.
2. Enter sales accurately into the register.
3. Handle payments and issue receipts.
4. Follow procedures for refunds.
5. Interact positively with customers and resolve complaints.
6. Manage change funds and cash receipts responsibly.
7. Observe customer purchases and differentiate portions.
8. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
9. Stock pastry case.
10. Ensure compliance with service, inventory, and cash control standards.
11. Follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
