What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

1. Making every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
2. Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
3. Making sure you’re careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
4. Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
5. Answering the phone in a professional manner;
6. Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
7. Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
8. Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
