Your role :

• Greet and engage with customers in a courteous manner
• Process transactions precisely and accurately
• Keep all checkout work stations clean and uncluttered
• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures regarding loss prevention as well as health and safety
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for :

• Has 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to resolve a variety of issues quickly and efficiently
• Comfortable working on your feet for long periods, and occasionally working outdoors
• Experience with cash register systems an asset
• Tolerance for stress, tact and diplomacy
• Good planning skills, innate sense of customer service and organization
• Analysis and problem-solving and complaint management
• Demonstrates judgment, discretion, respect, and team spirit
