Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. in Canada is seeking a permanent, full-time team member to deliver outstanding customer service and process transactions with accuracy.

You will work closely with store management to ensure a memorable shopping experience for customers in the Montérégie region. The role requires prior customer service experience, flexibility to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods, good numeracy, and functional bilingualism as an asset.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stay quick and methodical while assisting customers.
• Good numeracy skills for transactions and pricing.

What a typical workday looks like

With the support of the store management team, your role is to provide outstanding customer service and process transactions like a pro. This involves:

• Making every customer's shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service;
• Suggesting complementary products before processing the transaction;
• Making sure you're careful and precise when handling transactions at the cash register;
• Clearly explaining return policies to customers;
• Answering the phone in a professional manner;
• Keeping your work area clean and making sure you have everything you need to work efficiently;
• Respecting and following the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
