Position Summary
The Case Worker at the Women's Emergency Accommodation Centre (WEAC) provides individualized, trauma-informed support to people who identify as women experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Using a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach, the role assists participants in building life skills, achieving personal wellness goals, and accessing housing and community supports. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, the Case Worker delivers wraparound services that promote stability, empowerment, and long-term recovery.
