TELUS Health is seeking a Workers Compensation Case Manager to oversee complex occupational injury cases for clients and guide them through continuous improvement in safety and financial outcomes. You will collaborate with a matrix team and stakeholders to manage disputes, rehabilitation, and employment relationships, while expanding OHS services with training, assessments, and prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in HR, IR, business, law, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in occupational injury management, including familiarity with opening and following up on WCB cases and rules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Highly collaborative team player, able to work independently when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Teams and SharePoint.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee management of complex occupational injury cases for clients within a matrix team.
  • Guide clients through continuous improvement to reduce injuries' impact on operations and finances.
  • Advise on maintaining employment relationships and accompany workplace visits during rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for dispute management and OHS practices.
  • Expand services by proposing solutions (training, medical assessments, prevention, legal services, outsourcing, ergonomics).
