Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp. is seeking a Stockperson / Cartpusher to help create a safe, organized shopping experience. You will collect carts from the parking lot and store perimeter, return them to storage, and support store operations with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will also complete logs, assist registers, clean as needed, and follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs; standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collect shopping carts from corrals, parking lot and store perimeter and return them to designated storage areas.
• Complete required logs accurately and promptly.
• Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins and verify receipts when required.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties per guidelines, including restrooms and safe chemical handling.
• Conduct required equipment inspections prior to use.
• Adhere to safety protocols including PPE use and emergency procedures.
