Job description

Join to apply for the Cariste / Forklift Operator (nuit/Night) role at Nature's Touch Frozen Foods.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive merchandise and control quantities.
2. Prepare orders and load trailers.
3. Perform cycle counts (occasionally).
4. Stock received pallets on shelves.
5. Assist production with raw materials.
6. Conduct inventories (annually and occasionally).
7. Complete shipping and receiving forms.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Available shift: Morning

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Secondary studies diploma (DES).
2. Experience with RF scanners.
3. Experience with narrow aisle/Double reach forklift (Raymond).
4. Strong inventory management understanding.
5. At least 2 years of forklift operation experience, preferably in food storage.
6. Current forklift operator card; experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an asset.
7. Bilingual in French and English.
8. Ability to work in cold environments (-20°C).
9. Organized, reliable, responsible.
10. Customer-focused without neglecting results.

Work Conditions:

1. Salary: $22.36/hour (+$1/h for night shift).
2. Benefits and insurance after 3 months (medical, dental, life, disability, paramedical services).
3. Five paid personal days after 3 months.
