Qualifications

Job description

Available shift : Night (Sunday - Thursday)

Responsibilities :

• Receive the merchandises and control the quantities.
• Prepare the orders and load the trailers.
• Cycle counts (occasionally).
• Stock pallets of merchandise received on the shelves.
• Answer the needs of the production unit for raw materials.
• Draw up the inventories (annually and occasionally).
• Fill out the shipping and receiving forms.
• Contribute to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Diploma of secondary studies (DES).
• Ability to work with an RF scanner.
• Have experience with the narrow aisle / Double reach forklift (Raymond).
• Strong understanding of inventory operation.
• Have two (2) or more years of experience as a forklift operator, ideally in the food storage industry.
• Possess a current Forklift operator card and experience working in a Warehouse Management System (WMS environment - an asset).
• Ability to work in a bilingual work environment (French and English required to serve internal and external customers).
• Able and willing to work in a cold environment (-20˚C).
• Organized, reliable, and responsible.
• Care about customer satisfaction, without neglecting the results.

Work Conditions

• Salary $22.36 / hour (+1$ premium)

• Five (5) paid personal days after three (3) months of employment.
• Refrigerated warehouse (-20C).
• Equipment to work in the cold fully supplied by the company.
