Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care for patients.
• Assist patients with dressing and undressing.
• Prepare meals and monitor food safety.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Use lifting equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
