Under the direction of the Branch Director, the position exercises the autonomy, tact, diplomacy and discretion required to handle sensitive and confidential information the Director’s Office is privy to. The position provides generaladministrative support to the Directorand actively contributes to thecontinuous improvement ofadministrative procedures in order toensure the expediency, quality andefficiency of services delivered by theDirector’s Office.
