Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Windsor is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, personal care to residents in a part-time, casual role. You will help with ADLs, engage residents, and support dining services in a welcoming environment.

You will work closely with families and care leaders, following ISP, and creating meaningful experiences, including Memory Care activities where appropriate. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
