Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities; support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; create enriching experiences in Memory Care.
