Alberta Health Services is seeking a vibrant individual for the role of Manager, Willow Square Continuing Care Centre. Reporting to the Area Manager, Seniors Health, this position plays a crucial role in supporting patient care. As the Manager, you will lead and manage a dedicated team, fostering an integrated and holistic approach to patient care to positively impact residents and their families.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining an effective operational framework to ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, and safe care to residents. Description:

The incumbent will focus on service delivery, workflow enhancement, and leadership of the Long-term Care and Supportive Living departments. Demonstrated skills in decision-making, coaching, mentoring, teaching, and motivating others are essential. A passion for resident and family-centered care, advocacy, and meeting residents' needs is vital. You will be responsible for directing, leading, and organizing facility activities, supporting Alberta Health Services' vision, mission, and business plan. Building strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating change management, promoting team development, and coordinating staffing and clinical work are key responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing and current registration with CRNA.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five years’ nursing experience in Continuing Care and/or Acute Care, and at least two years’ management experience within a unionized environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Continuing Care Accommodation Standards, Continuing Care Health Service Standards, and Accreditation Canada Standards.
