Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Burlington is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily activities and compassionate interaction with residents. You will follow individualized plans and collaborate with families and care leaders to ensure a safe, dignified environment.

The role emphasizes meaningful daily engagement, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it is required.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident care.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
