Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Cardiology Technologist to join the Electrocardiology (ECG) team at Lions Gate Hospital. Apply today to join our team!

As a Cardiology Technologist, you will:

• Conduct various cardiac diagnostic tests such as Electrocardiogram (ECG), standard and nuclear stress testing, and Holter monitoring.
• Analyze results and summarize for interpretation by medical staff in an urgent/emergent care environment.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Cardiology Technology plus one year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Successful completion of the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologist (CSCT) certification exam.
• Eligible for membership with the Cardiology Technologist Association of British Columbia (CTABC).

Knowledge & Abilities

• Ability to stay current with professional standards and technical knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate related equipment and organize work.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

The hours of work, including days off and work area, may be subject to change based on operational requirements and collective agreement provisions. Successful applicants may be required to complete a Criminal Records Review Check.
