Interior Health Authority in Penticton, BC is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join the Medical Imaging Department at Penticton Regional Hospital. This relief full-time position offers Monday to Friday day shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Cardiology Department includes multiple Ultrasound Rooms offering Adult and Pediatric Echo, with transesophageal and stress echo capabilities. You will provide high-quality exams and collaborate with the team to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sonography exams in the Cardiology/MED Imaging Department.
• Collaborate with physicians and technologists to optimize patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and compliance.

About The Job

The Cardiology Department consists of 3+ Ultrasound Rooms and services offered include: Adult and Pediatric Transthoracic Echo, Contrast and Saline Bubble Echo, Transesophageal Echo and Stress Echo (Exercise and Dobutamine).

This is a Relief Full Time (1.0) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be Monday to Friday day shifts.
