Job summary

BayCare Health System in St. Joseph's Main and Children's facilities is seeking a Monitor Tech. You will identify normal rhythms and dysrhythmias, report findings promptly to the healthcare team, and label/mount rhythm strips according to BayCare policies.

The role is a full-time position at BayCare’s SJH campus, with day shift hours; prior EKG training is preferred and hospital experience is helpful for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or GED required.
• Technical Program Completion or Degree preferred.
• Electrocardiography (EKG) knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies basic normal rhythms/dysrhythmias and lethal arrhythmias and reports findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Labels and mounts rhythm strips per BayCare policy.
