Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance or treasury.
• Knowledge of economic, social and political forces and marketplace trends.
• MBA Finance, CA, CFA, CGA or CMA is preferred.
• Experience in Finance, Capital Markets, or Treasury.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and financial modeling.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory capital management concepts; capital markets business.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
• Assists in the development of strategic plans and KPI dashboards.
• Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision‑making.
• Supports strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducts independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and inform capital decisions.
• Leads or participates in change management activities including readiness assessments and stakeholder management.
