Salary range: $74,618 to $107,264. Salaries are determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity review.

Impact of the Role

The Capital Budget Analyst assists in planning, approval, and monitoring of the Capital Budget for equipment, facilities, and Digital Health. Responsibilities include coordinating reporting for internal and external stakeholders, evaluating requests for capital projects, managing budget systems, and producing financial reports. Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate data submissions for budget planning and reporting
  • Prepare information packages and reports
  • Review and adjust budget submissions
  • Evaluate requests for accuracy and monitor timelines
  • Manage and improve budget systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Facilitate funding requests and reporting
  • Contribute to policy and process improvements
  • Coordinate communication with external partners
  • Liaise with the Capital Accounting Team for financial reporting
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
