The role demands a master’s degree and 8+ years in procurement, including 4+ years in CapEx, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement with at least 4 years CapEx experience.
• Proven track record in large CapEx projects and negotiations.
• Strong project management and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for capital expenditure projects.
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation process for high-value CapEx items and services.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance for key CapEx vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and finance teams to define project requirements and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and project specifications.
• Analyze market conditions and supply chain risks related to CapEx procurement.
