Job summary

The FIKA Company in Edmonton is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and profitability at our cannabis retail location. You will drive customer satisfaction, ensure compliance, manage inventory, and execute seasonal promotions with a focus on education and service.

We expect strong leadership, a retail track record, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Provincial cannabis certification is required, Ontario License preferred for cross-border roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in retail.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in retail.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service.
• Clear criminal record and provincial cannabis certification.
• Ontario Only - Cannabis Retail Manager License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster, develop, and motivate high performing customer success teams.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure health, safety, and security regulations are met.
• Maintain understanding and reinforce departmental policies and procedures.
• Communicate policy changes to customers and staff.
• Maintain stock through efficient inventory management and optimization.
• Balance sales and reconcile daily revenue.
• Authorize refunds and discounts as required.
