Job summary

The FIKA Company is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate in Lethbridge, AB to greet customers, guide them to products, and provide exceptional service in our cannabis retail stores. You will help customers select items, explain use and care of accessories, and maintain accurate transactions with a positive, helpful attitude.

As brand ambassador, you’ll participate in merchandising and events, build relationships with customers, and work with store teams to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
