Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in a relevant field required.
• Experience in the cannabis or pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset.
• 2–4 years of business management and project management experience in operations, logistics or workflow analysis is an asset.
• Strong abilities in project management and prioritization of objectives.
• Must be data driven with strong Excel analysis and numbers for forecasting and cost of goods analyses.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain Suppliers and Master Data.
• Forecast and order medical cannabis products by analyzing data and trends.
• Maintain inventory levels of medical cannabis and accessories.
• Ensure deliveries satisfy purchase orders; report back-ordered or missing products.
• Create purchase orders under guidance of Procurement Manager.
• Verify receipts and resolve shipment errors with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier dashboards and KPIs; deliver weekly management reports.
• Support pricing and website master data accuracy.
• Follow GMP and Cannabis Act requirements.
