We are currently seeking Computer-Aided Production Technicians to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is ideal for motivated individuals who are proficient with hand tools, comfortable using digital systems, and capable of adapting to various stages of the production process. Join us and be part of a forward-thinking company on the leading edge of sustainable manufacturing.Key Responsibilities- Use computerized terminals various production stations to access customer specifications, operator process machines and input production data
- Inspect tires for debris and damage
- Operate hand tools and machines to complete the retreading process
- Inspect, identify and remove damage, repair, apply tread, prep for processing, use vulcanization technology and complete quality checks of tires in process
- Move large commercial truck tires (30–50 lbs) safely and efficiently
- Rotate between workstations throughout the day depending on production needs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and workplace procedures
