Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) segment is an innovative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of markets and buyers. This role is responsible for developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of SaaS solutions. The successful candidate acts as a subject matter expert and portfolio evangelist, transferring knowledge about the SNF market, buyers, and products across marketing and sales functions. This critical role aligns business and product strategy with marketing programs and tactics to achieve measurable results.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager must understand our market and buyers, including how they make purchasing decisions. They should be able to translate product capabilities into business benefits and develop marketing programs that increase awareness and demand. The role requires tracking performance metrics and using data to optimize strategies, developing compelling positioning and messaging, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and others. Strong diplomatic skills are essential for balancing different stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and customer research to gather data about target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing process, including key roles.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Work with business and product leaders to define market opportunities, perform segmentation, and identify high-propensity segments.
  • Lead product launch planning, including KPI development and measurement.
  • Collaborate on content development such as sales decks, solution sheets, customer references, thought leadership, and campaigns.
  • Assist in product naming, pricing, and packaging by providing market insights.
  • Provide market intelligence and buyer insights to inform campaign strategies that create demand.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Enablement teams to ensure clear value propositions, messaging, and tools are available.

Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of Product/Portfolio Marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in Healthcare SaaS, such as Population Health, Health IT, Acute, or Payor solutions, is preferred.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Ability to craft value propositions and link product launches to organizational goals.
  • Experience in pipeline creation, upsell, cross-sell, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Strong marketing expertise with business acumen, market insights, and financial understanding.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Critical thinking, time management, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and drive to execute initiatives.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and diplomatic skills.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of leading change in fast-paced environments.

The annual salary range for this position in Canada is $111,000 - $124,000, plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by skills, experience, and location.
