Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) segment is an innovative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of markets and buyers. This role is responsible for developing and leading the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of SaaS solutions. The successful candidate acts as a subject matter expert and portfolio evangelist, transferring knowledge about the SNF market, buyers, and products across marketing and sales functions. This critical role aligns business and product strategy with marketing programs and tactics to achieve measurable results.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager must understand our market and buyers, including how they make purchasing decisions. They should be able to translate product capabilities into business benefits and develop marketing programs that increase awareness and demand. The role requires tracking performance metrics and using data to optimize strategies, developing compelling positioning and messaging, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and others. Strong diplomatic skills are essential for balancing different stakeholder needs.

The annual salary range for this position in Canada is $111,000 - $124,000, plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by skills, experience, and location.
