Job summary

Intellijoint Surgical Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager, Canada to lead growth across the country. You will drive revenue, expand market adoption, and build a high-performing team within a complex healthcare environment.

You will engage surgeons, hospital leaders, and government stakeholders to deploy innovative orthopedic solutions while navigating procurement and contract cycles. This role reports to the CEO and requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Lead complex selling cycles with multiple decision-makers and hospital procurement teams.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Develop strategic partnerships with surgeons, hospital leaders, and government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales growth across Canada with capital equipment sales cycles and multi-stakeholder approvals.
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and customer engagement to drive adoption and market expansion.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution and long-term account growth.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and revenue growth strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Business Development Associates to strengthen sales capabilities and customer engagement.
• Guide and support external partners to align with business goals and performance standards.
• Build strategic healthcare and government partnerships to expand market access and product adoption.
• Deliver a consultative, value-based selling approach to influence clinicians and administrators.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships supporting growth across public and private healthcare systems in Canada.
• Become a trusted expert in Intellijoint Surgical to drive customer success.
