Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services,
You will act as the primary client liaison to lead multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously. You should have experience managing customer implementations in a Professional Services environment and a proven track record of successfully achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand the customer’s business and technical needs.
- Act as the primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources.
- Identify scope, create project plans, manage, monitor, and control multiple externally facing customer implementations of our software. Manage the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans.
- Ensure successful migration of customers to the PointClickCare solution, with an effective transition to support upon project close.
- Monitor and report on project progress, problems, and recommended solutions to the customer.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues promptly. Escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate.
- Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal methods.
- Foster the growth of the team’s project management capabilities, enhancing knowledge and experience within the PMO.
- Manage several competing priorities effectively.
- Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Project Management Office.
- Create project plans, identify scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, define tasks, and allocate resources.
- Support customers in migrating from current to future states in the most optimal way.
- Update and track project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide direction and support to the implementation team and review team deliverables.
- Manage project issues and dependencies.
Required Experience:
- Experience in project management at a skilled level.
- Previous PointClickCare knowledge is an asset but not required; experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is preferred.
- PMP designation is an asset.

Salary range: $87,000 - $94,000 per year, plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
