Job summary

Movember is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator, Canada, based in Toronto, to provide operational and administrative backbone for our national mental health programs. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, events, and records, and manage activity data and outcomes reporting across sport-health, esports, community, research, online, and youth advisory initiatives.

You’ll support implementation plans, partner and event administration, and help ensure deliverables and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in project coordination within health, community, youth advisory, sport, or not-for-profit sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills tailored for government, funders, donors, partners, and operational teams.
• Demonstrated project coordination, time management, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
• Experience with project monitoring frameworks, evaluation, and learning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Sound data management and safeguarding practices for handling confidential information, including youth data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, events and project records across time zones.
• Serve as central point for activity data and outcomes reporting.
• Support execution of approved implementation plans and partner/event administration.
• Help the broader team maintain deliverables, timelines and interdependencies.
• Prepare reports for government, funders, and operational partners.
• Monitor budgets and process invoices; maintain centralized project documentation.
