Marsh seeks a Canada Health and Benefits Leader to guide and grow our Health & Benefits consulting business across Canada. You will lead strategy, growth, client impact and financial performance, reporting to the CEO with dotted lines to global practice leaders.

• Minimum 15 years in health & benefits with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex client engagements and teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canada Health and Benefits business with full P&L accountability.
• Define long-term strategy aligned with national/global priorities.
• Manage finances and performance drivers for financial success.
• Lead key client engagements and develop strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain market relationships with senior executives.
• Drive national sales efforts and market presence through thought leadership.
