Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Executive to drive the sale of Cybersecurity Services to Canadian customers. You will work with field account teams, present to Directors and C-level executives, and aim to retire quotas across the assigned region.

This role requires 4+ years in sales or 8+ years with related experience, with strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, and consultative selling. Travel up to 50% within Canada; base salary CAD 100k–135k.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience or 8+ years with related experience (cybersecurity/public safety)
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling or consultative sales
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Accurate forecasting and SFDC hygiene
• Certifications desired: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, Security+

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned quota on a consistent basis
• Provide visibility on performance and market penetration
• Define security solutions to meet client goals
• Demonstrate product capabilities to prospects and clients
• Collaborate with account teams to secure future opportunities
• Target new logos and lead sales efforts
• Represent MSI at security conferences and events
• Serve as liaison between prospects, clients and account teams
