Mountain Warehouse in Edmonton is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide a retail team in delivering exceptional customer service, strong stock control, and engaging visual merchandising.

You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, maintain high shop floor standards, and drive sales performance while upholding health and safety guidelines. A welcoming, team-focused environment awaits in SEC.

Strong stockroom experience is preferred, with the ability to process delivery quickly and accurately.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
