Mountain Warehouse in Mississauga is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide our retail team at Heartland, delivering outstanding customer service, vibrant visual merchandising, and smooth store operations.

You will coach, train and motivate colleagues, manage stock and merchandising, lead on health & safety, and drive sales while representing the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Benefits include a monthly bonus and staff discounts.

Sales & Performance
