Walmart Canada is seeking an overnight stocking team leader to assist in directing department tasks, train associates, and support store operations. You will help maintain store presentation, coordinate schedules, and ensure security of high-ticket items.

You will lead daily huddles, monitor productivity, and partner with the People Lead to drive performance and growth conversations. A strong emphasis on safety and teamwork is required.

• Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise Coach and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of store departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
• Ensures strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Ensuring all high ticket merchandise is secured, all doors and lockups are secured when not in use and completing daily audits as per program.
• Review completed schedules with People Lead.
• Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management.
• Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates. Supports recruiting and hiring new associates.

Position Summary...

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.75.
