Job summary

Walmar in Kirkland, QC (Walmart Canada) is hiring an associate to provide friendly customer service, stock shelves, and help customers with product locations and purchases in a clean, safe store environment.

You will review workload, sign merchandise, support the Customer Availability Process, keep fixtures and tools ready, and assist with backroom stock unload. Minimum wage starts at 18.75 CAD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process
